Obituary for Howard C. Dietz Howard C. Dietz Age 76, of South Franklin Township, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Washington Hospital. Beloved husband of 46 years to Shirley Kislear Dietz; brother of Janet (Richard) Madden and the late Mary Lou Snodgrass; brother-in-law of Ross Snodgrass and the late Peter K. Kislear, Sr.; and son of the late Charles and May McAdams Dietz. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Howard liked to golf and read. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Washington Elks Lodge 776 where he was a past Exalted Ruler and Secretary for a number of years and also a member of the Edwin G. Scott American Legion Post 175. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Washington City Mission, www.
