OBITUARY Howard Hale McClaugherty Jr. August 20, 1938 – February 4, 2019 Play Tribute Movie On February 4, 2019 Howard Hale McClaugherty, Jr. of Ellicott City, MD passed away peacefully at the age of 80. Howard was the beloved husband of Margaret E. McClaugherty and the devoted father of Lisa Crow (Kenneth) and Craig McClaugherty; dear brother of Bill McClaugherty (Rita), Larry McClaugherty (Donna), Randy McClaugherty (Sally), Reba Minor (Charles), Mae Payne and the late Nancy Slocum (Dempsey) and Patty Wriston; grandfather of Kenneth Crow, Jr. Howard is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd.

, Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 7:00 – 9:00pm. A Life Celebration Service will be held at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
