Obituary for Howard Irwin Ratain On Saturday, December 1, 2018 of Potomac, MD. Beloved husband of Anita Ratain; devoted father of Mark Ratain (Giselle) and Jill Ratain (Jeffrey Brown); loving grandfather of Bruce Ratain (Hannah), Jonathan Ratain, Bryan Brown (fiancee Sari) and Rachel Brown. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Congregation Beth El, 8215 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD with interment to follow at B’nai Israel Cemetery, 5401 St Barnabas Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.

Following interment, family will be observing Shiva in the Club Room at 12500 Park Potomac Ave, Potomac, MD 20854 with Minyan at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to JSSA, Casey House or the charity of your choice.
