Howard J. Bailey III, 73, of Williamstown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Howard was a truck driver for Consolidated Freight Ways in Philadelphia for 35 years. He was a former loyal and dedicated president and member of the Williamstown Warriors Football Organization for over three decades.

Beloved husband of Elaine Bailey (nee Manganiello) for 54 years. Devoted father of Michael Bailey. Dear brother of Abby Kilborn, Richard Bailey, Robert Bailey, the late Edgar Bailey, the late Arlene Robinson and the late Dorothea Stroup.

Loving grandfather of Jakob and Grace. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, April 23rd from 6:30 – 9:30 PM and on Tuesday, April 24th from 8:30-9:30 AM at the BELL-HENNESSY FUNERAL HOME, 420 South Main St., Williamstown.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace Parish / St. Mary’s RC Church, Main St., and Carroll Ave. , Williamstown. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Williamstown.
