Obituary for Howard Lee Lovelady Sr. Howard Lee Lovelady, Sr., of Muscle Shoals, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the age of 78. His visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Roger Lovelady officiating.

Burial will be in Blackground Cemetery. Howard was a native of Cherokee and a veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Lovelady; parents, Henry and Alta Lovelady; sisters, Mary Taylor and Fannie Maude Dawson; and brothers, Paul Lovelady and Myron Welty Lovelady.

His survivors include his son, Howard Lee Lovelady, Jr. (Angie); daughter, Barbie Lewis (Steve); brother, James Woodrow Lovelady; sisters, Mattie Ruth Tippett, Gladys Pearl Summers, Barbara Robertson, Helen Tidwell and Lila Saylors; grandchildren, Janennia McNeelly, Dakota, Rayden and Austin Lovelady, Micheal Morrow, Ryan Morrow and Kyla Wickard; great-grandchildren, Cameron Gary, Levi and Lyla McNeelley, Kennedy and Lyla Morrow and Kihara Wickard; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Howard Lovelady, Jr., Roy Tidwell, Rayden Lovelady, Austin Lovelady, Dakota Lovelady, Dale Jackson and Andrew Tidwell. Upcoming Events Visitation 2018 MAY 26.
