OBITUARY Howard Schultheis May 8, 1946 – November 22, 2018 Howard W. Schultheis, age 72, of Ridge, New York passed away on Thursday November 22, 2018. Beloved husband of Veronica (née Ray) for 50 years. Howard was a dedicated teacher for 32 years in the Rocky Point School District, served on the board of the Long Island Golden Retriever Rescue for over 10 years, and was an amazing and compassionate volunteer for Brookhaven Memorial Hospice.

Along with his dog Eclipse, Howard provided pet therapy to many nursing homes and hospice facilities. A visitation for Howard will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764. Interment will take place Monday, November 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Mt.

Pleasant Cemetery, 43 Main Street, Center Moriches, NY. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www. obdavismillerplace.com for the Schultheis family.
