Hubert Donald Drake, 65, of Louisville, KY passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Baptist Health Floyd, New Albany, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert & Dulcie Drake; and one sister, Joan Elizabeth Drake Woosley. Survivors include His wife, Cynthia Drake; three children, Alisha Henry, Jeffrey Drake, Derek Drake; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Kourtney, Myla, Liam, Alayna, Jude, Evangeline; four siblings, Dewey Drake & his wife, Magdalene, Edna Prather & her husband, David, Judy Hollensead & her husband, David, Bennie Drake & his wife, Colleen; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM Sunday and from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM Monday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Funeral services for Mr. Drake will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, December 10, 2018 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow in the Vine Grove Cemetery.
