Obituary for Hubert Ray Hulsey Hubert Ray Hulsey, age 61, of Boaz, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018. Hubert was a loving husband, daddy, pawpaw and friend. His funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Etowah Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Whitesboro Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 12 until 2 before the service. Pastors Lennie Jo Carroll and Greg Whitt will be officiating. Pallbearers will be David Jones, Zachary Weaver, Isaac Scroggins, Russell Carter, Jonathon Stephens and Jeremy George.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Samples, step-father, Ernest Samples and sister, Ginger Norton. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Patton Hulsey, his children, Jonathon Hulsey, and Tracy (Brad) Scroggins, grandchildren, Gavin, Raylee, Tristan and Destiny, father, Hubert Lee (Jane) Hulsey, brothers and sisters, Randall (Wanda) Hulsey, Terry (Cheryl) Hulsey, Penny (Robert) George, Becky Duncan, Donna (Ray) Taylor, Selina (Ed) Vasek, Denise (Mike) Messier and Mike Samples.
