Obituary for Hugh “Jimmy” Self Hugh “Jimmy” Self 74 of Boaz passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital His Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Whitesboro Baptist Church where he will lie-in-state from 10 until 11 with burial to follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Bro. Alan Hallmark will be officiating.

Pallbearers will be D J McCormick, Matt Haney, Robert Singleton, Eric Smith, Patrick Williams, Andy Kirkland, Honorary Pallbearers are Jonathon Bailey and Joseph Tarvin. Visitation will be Monday 5 until 8 at the funeral home. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the U S Army Mr. Self is survived by his Wife: Mona Jean Self, Children: Laura Singleton (Robert), Jeffrey Self ( Jennifer), Melissa Smith (Eric), Matthew Self (Emily), Rhonda Self (Patrick Williams), Grandchildren: D.J.
