Ida Mae Pack October 30, 1938 – May 19, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Ida Mae Pack, age 80, a McMinnville, TN resident and Alexander, West Virginia native was born October 30, 1938 and passed away May 19, 2019 in Centennial Medical Center following a brief illness. She was a retired LPN with Warren County Regional Hospital, member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and daughter of the late Dallas Leonard and Eleanor Zickefoose Lake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Robert David Pack and sister, Margaret McClintock.

Mrs. Pack is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Christine Pack and Karen and Roy Bailey all of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Christopher Bailey and wife Sara of Knoxville, TN and Wesley Bailey of McMinnville; brothers, Albert Lake and Ervin Lake both of West Virginia and Jim Lake of Ohio; and sisters, Mary Hodges of Sparta, TN and Shirley Chisam of McMinnville. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2019 in High’s Chapel with Phillip Rowland to officiate. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www. highfuneralhome.com High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
