Obituary of Irvin H. Keeley Irvin H. Keeley, 91, of Pottstown, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at ManorCare Health Services in Pottstown. He was the husband of Betty L. (Hartranft) Keeley. Born in Pottstown, PA, on June 17, 1927, Irvin was the son of the late Irvin H. Keeley and Bertha (Burger) Keeley Vanderslice.

Irvin was one of sixteen children; John Burger, Lydia Keeley, James Keeley, Birtha E. Kline, Eleanore K. Reiner, Rose E. Harman, Jack “Maurice” Keeley, Charles Keeley, William Keeley, Marge Keeley Smith, Dorothy Keeley Gaile, Linda Vanderslice Farmer, William Vanderslice, Jr., Gerold Vanderslice, and Larry Vanderslice. Irvin served in the United States Navy from 1944-1946. After his time in the military, he went on to own and operate Irvin H. Keeley & Sons Contractors for over 35 years.

He is survived by his children, Michael B. Keeley; Sharon L. Snyder, wife of Paul; Kevin B. Keeley, fiancé of Jessica A. Witman; and Jody D. Keeley, fiancé of Michael Schaeffer; seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by two sons, Craig A. Keeley and Mark I. Keeley. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, from 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum, 701 Farmington Ave.
