Funeral Services for Jack A. Barton, 83, will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Friends will be received 1:00-2:00 PM before the service at the funeral home. Jack was born April 19, 1935 in Leroy Township.

He passed away January 11, 2019 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township. Jack was a graduate of Riverside High School. He retired from the Sherwin Williams Company after 35 years.

He was a life-time member of the Nickle Plate Association. He enjoyed playing the lottery scratch -off tickets and going to the casinos with his wife, Donna. He is survived by his wife, Donna (Brockett) Barton, whom he married July 20, 1963; daughter, Linda (Charlie) Dodds; grandchildren, Matthew, Steven, Julia and Arianna.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Bernice (Olds) Barton; and several cousins. Donations in Jack’s memory may be made to the Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd. , Bldg.
