Jack C. Parker, 59, of LaPrairie, IL died at 7:00 am Monday December 10, 2018 in Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. He was born on February 28, 1959 in Macomb, IL to Alfred D. “Pete” and Alice Reimolds Parker. He married Marie Perry on August 25, 1978 in Industry, IL.

She survives. Jack was a 1977 graduate of Industry High School. He was employed at Midwest Control in Bushnell, IL for many years and was presently employed as a manufacturing engineer with Method Electronics in Carthage, IL.

Jack enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survive by 2 daughters, Jacqueline Stigall and Amy Wear of Augusta, IL, four grandchildren, Angellina and Austin Stigall and Allisyn and Levi Wear, three sisters, Kim Miler of Macomb, IL, Peggy O’Hara of Ballwin, MO, Becky Hynek of Industry, IL, two Brothers, John Parker of Industry, IL, Tim Parker of Bushnell, IL, two sisters-in-law, Dianna Neill and Theresa Perry of Geneseo, IL, a brother-in-law, William (Bill) Perry of Augusta, IL and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday December 14, 2018 at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Augusta, IL by Rev. Tom Mehaffy. Burial will be in Rosemont cemetery in Plymouth, IL.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 Thursday at the Hamilton Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to his family. A lunch and gathering of family and friends will be held at the Buss Stop in Augusta following the committal service.
