Obituary for Jack F. Lake Jack F. Lake passed away suddenly October 15, 2018 at Glenbrook Hospital. He was a loving Father to John (Suzanne) and Jason (Laura). Proud Grandfather to Amy, Zachary, Alexandra and Joel.

Fond Brother of Tom (Pat) Lake and Bonnie McKendrick. Dear Uncle of many Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father John and Marie Lake, Sister Delores and Brother David.

Jack was born in Chicago and graduated from Thomas Kelly High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was awarded three Purple Heart Metals. Jack loved to garden, fish, cook, antique shop and was a talented carpenter.

He was generous to his family and friends and loved spending time with them. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 PM until time of Service 8:30 PM at FORAN FUNERAL HOME, 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th St. just West of Harlem).
