Obituary for Jack Henry Horstmann Jack H. Horstmann, age 83, of Austin, died Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Good Samaritan Society in Albert Lea. A memorial service will be held 10 am on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Mayer Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Tamke officiating. Friends may call from 5-7 pm on Thursday, October 11th and one hour before the service on the 12th at Mayer Funeral Home.
