Jack Lee Perry, of Smyrna, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019, in Kent General Hospital. He was 68. Jack was born March 19, 1950 in Dorchester, Maryland, to the late, James & Henrietta ( Hurlock ) Perry.

He worked for Action Glass Company, which became Go Glass for almost 29 years, before becoming disabled. He served proudly in the United States Army; and in his younger years enjoyed riding Harley’s. Jack is survived by his son, Joshua Tyler Perry, with whom he resided.
