Jack Robert Lentz, 98, of Fostoria passed away on March 12, 2019, at Countryside Manor in Fremont. He was born December 29, 1920, in York Pennsylvania. He married Tressa Beaverson on July 24, 1941, and she preceded him in death.

Jack married Evelyn Harner on June 7, 1997, and she survives him.
