Obituary of Jack Boiles Jack Boiles, 66, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019. Jack was born on December 9, 1952 in Fort Worth to Buster and Martha Boiles. He was a 1968 graduate of Brewer High School.

Jack loved to read his bible and walk his dog. He was a loving and devoted husband and father. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Brenda Boiles and his brothers, Rick Boiles and Bobby Boiles.

Survivors: Wife, Donna Dyar; children, Jason Boiles, Jadey Boiles, Karen Welch, Kris Boiles, and step-son, Edward Dyar; and extended family.
