Obituary for Jackie Anderson Jackie Anderson, of Rockwall, TX, passed away August 30, 2018. He was born July 15, 1946, in Dallas, TX, to Jack Percy Anderson, Sr., and Hazel Ruth (Dillingham) Anderson. Jackie served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corp Reserves.

He loved Rockwall and coaching in the Rockwall school system. He also loved the mountains and snow skiing. A member of First United Methodist Church of Rockwall, Jackie loved spending time with his wife, Sharon, and missed her dearly.

Jackie, too, will be deeply missed. Jackie is survived by his children: Robert Jeffery Anderson of Simes, AL, Holly Beth Anderson of Simes, Susan Burns and husband Ronnie of Rockwall, TX, and Alan Van Hoozer and wife Debra of Lavon, TX; brother: Jerry Anderson and wife Mel of Rockwall; along with six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Sharon Anderson; granddaughter: Heather Van Hoozer; and parents: Jack and Hazel Anderson.

Funeral services will be 10:00am Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall Location with Dr. Joe Pool officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday evening at The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall Location from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
