Jackie was born at Clarke Air Force Base in Mabalacot, Phillipines. She was a professional dance instructor for over 35 years, member of GRDTA, Round-a-lab, and co-owner of Tyre Threads.

She worked as a bookkeeper at B & S Feeds for over 30 years. Survivors include her husband, Gene Tyre; daughter, Tamara Tyre (Jonathan Thompson); and brother, Roy Brewer. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
