Obituary for Jacob B. “Jake” Dean DEAN, Jacob B. “Jake” Delton Jacob Benjamin Dean, age 54, passed away February 21, 2018. Jake was born December 4, 1963 in Muskegon, the son of Larry Jacob and Rose Marie (Baker) Dean. A longtime resident of Michigan, Jake spent his younger years living in Alaska.

He enjoyed animals of all kinds, riding horses, motorcycles, karaoke, singing and playing his guitar. Most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Jake is survived by a sister: Sarah Johnson, his brothers: David Dean, Mike Bannach, and Matt Bannach; step mother: Margaret Dean; a step brother: Franklin Hudson; an aunt: Sandra Gorsline; an uncle: Barry Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

Jake was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister: Vicky Dean. A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Benona Township Cemetery, 7391 W. Johnson Rd. , Shelby, MI 49455 at 11:00 AM.
