Jacquelyn’s Obituary Jacquelyn Y. Dobbins, 94, of Lafayette died Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Creasy Springs Health Campus of Lafayette. Born July 24, 1924 in Grand Rapids, MI to the late N. George and Lucille (Andrews) Sutton, Jacquelyn was a veteran of the United States Navy serving from 1944 – 1945. After serving she worked in sales.

She is survived by a daughter, Judiane “Judy” (Steve) Burton of Brookston; a son, Mark Dobbins of Monon; 5 grandchildren, Erin (Jason) Powell of Zionsville, Drew (Sylvia) Burton of Lafayette, Jessica Dobbins (Bill Maher) of Wolcott, Abbie (Luke) Keaton of Monticello, Katie Pattengale of Nashville, TN; 5 great-grandchildren, Deacon, Laurel, and Jacqui Powell, Lilly Maher, and June Keaton. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Dobbins; grandson, Craig Burton; great -grandson, Ethan Powell. Private Family services will be held at a later date and time.

Inurnment will take place at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
