He was a loving son, father, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves his brothers and sisters Myrtho Vernet-McGuffie, Claudine Vernet, Michel “Ti-Ben” Vernet, Cluny Vernet, Dudley Vernet, Rudler Vernet, Ericka Wiliams and Paulovna “Polo” Vernet. He was a blessed uncle to sixteen nieces and nephews: Franz Nestant, Dickens and Kelsey McGuffie, Steeve Vernet, Martine Polycarpe, Robertson Vernet, Gustanielle Vilme, Javon Williams, Nathan, Sarah, Demarco Durham, Alexia and Kayla Vernet, Christian Williams, Helena Vernet and Matthew Williams.

Great uncle to Darian McGuffie, Samarie, Samaya, Sahrobbi, Santana and Savannah Vernet. Visitation with family on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 10-11 AM at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126. Celebration of Life Service will start at 11 AM also from the funeral home.
