OBITUARY Jadwiga Siemion September 21, 1930 – September 28, 2018 Pani Jadwiga Siemion zamieszkała w West Babylon, L.I., zmarła w piatek 28 wrzesnia, w wieku 88 lat. Pani Jadwiga dołączyła do zmarłych ze swojej rodziny – męza Eugeniusza, syna Zdzisława oraz brata Kazimierza Chodnik. Pozostali pogrązeni w załobie – syn Sylwester z zoną Anna, córka Elzbieta Obrycki z męzem Jackiem, synowa Zofia Siemion, brat Czesław Chodnicki z rodziną, siostra Zofia Siemion z rodziną, wnuki – Magda z mezem Eddie, Patryk i Maria, Kelly, Justin, Piotr, Zbigniew, oraz prawnuki – Jake, Luke i Matteo; i bratowa Celina Chodnik z rodzina.

Rodzina i przyjaciele spotkają się w domu pogrzebowym w niedzielę 30 września w godzinach 4-7 pm. O godzinie 4:15 p.m. odbędzie się modlitwa z udziałem ks. Dariusza Koszyk.

Msza załobna i pochowanie odbędą się w miejscowości Pisz w Polsce w sobotę 6 pażdziernikę. ============================================================ Mrs. Jadwiga Siemion, of West Babylon, L.I. died Friday, September 28th, at the age of 88 years. Jadwiga is predeceased by her husband, Eugeniusz; their son, Zdzislaw; and her brother, Kazimierz Chodnik.

Surviving are her children – her son, Sylwester and daughter-in-law, Anna; her daughter Elzbieta Obrycki and son-in-law, Jacek; her daughter-in-law, Zofia Siemion; her brother, Czeslaw Chodnicki and his family; her sister, Zofia Siemion and her family; and her sister-in-law, Celina Chodnik and her family. Also surviving are her grandchildren – Magda (Eddie), Patrik (Maria), Kelly, Justin, Piotr and Zbiegniew; and her great-grandchildren – Jake, Luke and Matteo. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Sunday, September 30th, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. At 4:15 p.m., the Funeral Service will be offered by Rev.

Dariusz Koszyk. Church services and interment will take place in the family hometown of Pisz, Poland on Saturday, October 6th.
