Borowicz, Sr., on February 10, 2019, of Runnemede, formerly of Audubon and Gloucester City. Age 79. Beloved husband of Carol (nee McMaster).

Devoted father of Patricia Borowicz, James Borowicz, Jr. (Amy), Leon Borowicz (Terri), Kimberly Simon (Keith) and Carol Howarth (Bill). Step-father of Deborah Arena, Kenneth Breyer and Cathleen Scargle. Loving grandfather of Gary, David, Cassidy, Jessica, Kelly, Lindsey, Shane, Ariel, Ami, Tyler, Billy and Melissa and great grandfather of five.

Dear brother of Dolly Fosbender and the late Mary Ann Michalski. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Borowicz served in the U.S. Navy.

He was a fireman for Defender Fire Co. in Audubon. Mr. Borowicz worked for Berkowitz Glass then was a metal fabricator for American Conveyer. He loved camping, playing games on his tablet and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

There will be a viewing from 2 to 4pm Friday afternoon at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Interment private. Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Mr. Borowicz’s memory to Shriners Hospital, 3551 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19140.
