James’ Obituary James Donald Hauk Giesen, 26, of Lancaster, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his life, Megan, and his loving family, on Monday, May 6, 2019 at UW-Hospital, Madison, due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster. Father Greg Ihm, Father William Vernon, and Pastor Mark Hoehne will officiate.

Burial will be at St. Clement Cemetery, where military rites will be accorded. Friends may call from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019 at St. Clement Catholic Church, where there will be a parish rosary 3:45 p.m. Friends may also call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday. The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory of Platteville is serving the family.

Memorials may be made to the James D. Giesen Memorial Fund. Online condolences may be made at www. melbyfh.com.
