OBITUARY James Dean Ropp May 14, 1999 – October 13, 2018 James Dean Ropp, age 19, of Spring, Texas, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018. He was born in Houston, Texas, on May 14, 1999, to Janet and Jay Ropp. James received his GED from Lone Star Community College.

He enjoyed mountain biking and traveling and had a passion for the beach and the wilderness. James is survived by his parents, and his sister, Janelle. A gathering of friends and family will take place on Thursday, October 18, 2018, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the fireside area of Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 South, in The Woodlands, Texas.
