Obituary for James M. Dougherty James M. Dougherty “Noggin 54” “Doc”, passed away on October 10, 2018. He was a US Army Veteran and a retiree of Samuel and Sons Seafood Co. where he worked for many years. He will be remembered as a loving and caring guy, who was loved by all who knew him.

Beloved son of the late James and Mildred (nee Todd) Dougherty. Loving husband of Diane (nee Lavender). He was a father to Eric Zarzecki; brother of Regina McWilliams and also survived by his grandchildren, a great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
