Age 72, of Castle Shannon, on Sunday January 13, 2019. Beloved husband of Beverly (Zitelli) O’Farrell; son of the late John and Anna O’Farrell; son in law of Marcella and the late Ted Zitelli; father of Matt (Kimmie) and Steve (Michele); grandfather of Tanner, Stephen and Caitlin; brother of John, Margaret White, Pat Sharek, Janet Mascia, Tom, Chris O’Farrell, Maureen McMullen and the late Tim. Jim was a member of Plumbers Local 27 and a life member of American Legion Post 490.

Family and friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes Inc. 1008 Castle Shannon Blvd. on Wednesday 1-4 & 6-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Anne Church on Thursday at 9:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Castle Shannon Police Department K-9 Fund 3310 McRoberts Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15234 or to Medical Rescue Team South Authority (MRTSA) 315 Cypress Way Pittsburgh, PA 15228.
