James Glenn Parker, age 81 of LaFollette passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018. He is preceded in death by brothers Bobby Parker, Donald Parker, and Raymond Parker; sister Reba Toth. He is survived by son John Glenn Parker; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
