Happli, Jr., known best as Chico, 61, Mosinee, died on January 13th, 2019, at home surrounded by family, under the care of Ascension Ministry Home Care Hospice Services after an audacious battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Chico was born November 13, 1957, in Wausau, to Isabelle and the late James, Sr. On August 25, 1984, he married the love of his life, Cindy Osowski, in Mosinee.
