James Harold “Jimmy” Wildridge, 69, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018. He was born November 25, 1948 in Batesville, Indiana, son of the late Norman Wildridge and Betty (Warburton) Hempfling. Jimmy was a member of the IOK and past president of Key Club.

He was very involved with scouts even reaching the level of Eagle Scout with honors. He enjoyed fishing and gravelrama. Working on cars was his passion and he worked as a Mechanic.

He is survived by his son, Doug (Harriett) Wildridge of Lawrenceburg, IN; 2 daughters, Beth (Steve) Terrill of Lawrenceburg, IN, Amy (Greg) Dempsey of Noblesville, IN; brother, Donnie Wildridge of St Leon, IN; 8 grandchildren, Richard, AJ, Arianna, Allison, AshleyDerek, Zach, Abbie, Kaylee; 9 great grandchildren, Caiden, Ollie, Reese, Shelby, Cecelia, Bryson, Nolan, Emma, Lilliana. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Wildridge and his mother, Betty (husband Calvin) Hempfling. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11 am, with Lanny Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana. Contributions may be made to Boy Scout Troop #4.
