“Jill” is survived by his wife, Katie Smith Haith, one daughter, Teresa Haith Jeffries (Junior) and one son, Leonard James Haith (Sharon); 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; 9 siblings, Inez Bigelow, Wanda Crawford (Doby), Joyce Smith, Belinda Kendrick (Jesse), Leroy Haith, Larry Haith (Nora), William Haith (Elizabeth), Walter Edward Haith and Jerry Haith (Polly); sister-in-law, Hazeline Haith. He was preceded in death by one brother, Coy Lee Haith.
