James “Jim” Kenneth Braucher July 19, 1939 – February 16, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Upload Photo| View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card James “Jim” Kenneth Braucher, 79, of Elizabeth Township, passed away at home on Saturday, February 16, 2019. He was born July 19, 1939 in Connellsville and was the son of the late James and Levada (Shalkowski) Braucher. He was the husband of the late Shirley M. (Hodge) Braucher who passed away December 1, 2003.

Jim was a Welder for the former Reliance Steel in Christy Park. He is survived by his sons, Kenneth Braucher of North Huntingdon and Elmer (Christine) Braucher of Port Vue, daughter, Tammy Braucher of Vandergrift, sister-in-law, Angie Braucher of West Elizabeth, sister, Dorothy Deemer of McKeesport, grandchildren,Ian, Jessica, Scott and Brady Braucher and Madison Steele, great-grandchildren, Layla, Lincoln, Lilly and Natalie, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Braucher.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11:00 am at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon. Arrangements are by the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director.
