Obituary for James K. Tait Sr. On October 30, 2018, of Ocean City, formerly of Oaklyn, NJ, age 89. He was the beloved husband of the late Virginia M. (nee Ashcroft), loving father of James Jr. (Maureen) and Mark Tait (Mary Ann), and dear grandfather of Dylan. Jim was predeceased by his brothers William Jr., Thomas and David Tait.

Jim was an Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He was a former pilot and owned one of the very first Porsches in 1956. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Saturday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME, 400 WHITE HORSE PIKE, OAKLYN, NJ.

Jim’s Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private at the request of his family. In lieu of flowers his family would appreciate memorial donations be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 409 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ 08107.
