James Leo Holford Jr., 76, of Westminster, passed away on Thursday March 21, 2019 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Jim was born on October 12, 1942 in Washington D.C. and is the son of the late James Leo, Sr. and Velma (Coppers) Holford. He is the loving husband of Patricia Holford whom he married September 11, 1972.

Jim was a proud veteran of the United States Army Reserve where he rose to the rank Sergeant Major. Jim served the community as a Baltimore City Police Officer for 27 years.
