Obituary for James Thomas Hazelwood James Thomas Hazelwood, 75 of Elizabethtown passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Signature Health Care. He was an Army Veteran and a member of the VFW in Radcliff, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents Chester and Ruby Hazelwood; along with a sister Brenda Lindsey.

James is survived by his son James Hazelwood II (Karen Kesler) of Irvington, KY; his siblings Marilyn Eggleston of Brandenburg, KY and Dwight Hazelwood (Kathy) of Hillview; his grandchildren Ashley Hazelwood, Brandon Hazelwood, Myra Everett, Mikayla Kesler and Crystal Kesler; his great grandchildren Kile Greenwell, Annelise Kesler, Caden O’Bryan, Noah Everett and Greyson Mingus; along with many other family members and friends. The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to take place at a later date.
