Mr. James W. “Jim” Sullivan, age 73, of Gallatin, formerly of Lewisburg, died November 30, 2018 at Gallatin Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Sullivan was a native of Davidson County, the son of the late Donald Sullivan and Patricia Armstrong Cole, and Jack Cole and Julie Hugo Sullivan. He was employed locally in the family business at Butler Brothers, before retiring as a manager for Windlands East Retirement Home in Madison.

He was a member of various congregations of the Churches of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie O’Neal Sullivan in 2011. He is survived by one daughter, Gwynn Sullivan Wheeler of Gallatin, one son, Patrick Sullivan of Scotland, two sisters, Ellen and Julie Ann Sullivan, and four brothers, Rick Sullivan, Brian Sullivan, Jack Cole, and David Cole.

Five grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 10:00 am from the chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery. Visitation with the family will begin on Wednesday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 pm and will continue on Thursday until the funeral hour.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America. London Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
