Beloved husband and father, James “Jimmy” Thomas Jamerson, Jr was born in Farmville, VA on July 6, 1944 and went to be with the Lord on November 30, 2018. Jimmy was married to Alma Sales Jamerson on November 26; they were married for 43 years. Jimmy was a hardworking man with several trades including auto mechanic, TV repair, and retired from local printing company after decades of service.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his loving mother and father Mary Elizabeth Jamerson and James Thomas Jamerson, Sr He leaves behind his wife Alma; children, Vernon Jamerson, Kim Wiendahl (Mark Joseph), Doug Jamerson (Nicole), James “Jamie” Thomas Jamerson III (Tonya), Mary Farmer, and Aaron Jamerson (Leah); sister Carolyn Brown; as well as 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Friends may visit from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, December 4 at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd.

N. Chesterfield, VA 23234. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, December 5 at the Morrissett Chapel. Interment to follow at Dale Memorial Park.
