Jan’s Obituary Jan L. Endres, 68, of Cottrellville Township entered eternal life on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. She was born on January 5, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Randolph and Doreen Lehr. She married Michael J. Endres on July 22, 1982 in Las Vegas, Nevada and they enjoyed 36 years of marriage.

Jan owned and operated a boutique in the Antique Warehouse in Marine City for three years. She had a kind-hearted spirit and was always willing to give of herself for others in her community. She also had a fondness for animals.

Most of all she was devoted to her family. Jan is survived by her mother, Doreen; her beloved husband, Michael; her son, Jason (Marleen) Nowakowski of St. Clair; her step-children, Michelle (Dan) Griffin of Marine City, Reyne (Mark) Brockman, Michael (Constance) Endres, Kathy (Brian) Sherburne all of Alaska, and Amy Oilar of Northville; 15 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a sister, Darlene (Rich) Dueweke of Washington Township; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Randolph.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm with a rosary being prayed at 7:00pm in the Bower-Rose Funeral Home, Marine City. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00am with visitation from 10:00am to 11:00am in Our Lady on the River Parish Holy Cross Church, Marine City. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the St. Clair County Humane Society or to the American Cancer Society.
