Jane E. Crownover, 82, of Steubenville, OH, passed away peacefully May 2, 2019 surrounded by her family at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville. She was born December 28, 1936 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late John Gossett and Jessie M. (McConnell) Gossett Cash. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Joanne Dolphi and son-in-law, David Roach.

She was Episcopalian by faith. Jane was a member of the Red Hats Society. She was active in Primetime.

Jane is survived by her husband of 55 years, Ronald G. Crownover; children, Sherry Patzke, Patricia Roach, Cheryl (Rick) Godic, Terri (Tom) Kaufman, Melissa (Greg) Keys, Dawn (Heather Shaw) Crownover, Cynthia (Marty) Howarth, and Ronald S. (Maria) Crownover; sisters, Jean Cornelius and Candy Hibbs; 14 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd. , Wintersville on Saturday from 2 PM until time of the memorial service at 3 PM with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.
