Kemp, age 94 of Kimberly passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Bell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 6:00 till 8:00 PM in the chapel.

Preceding her in death were her husband, David Kemp, Sr.; daughter, Nancy Jane Kemp Russell; two brothers; and five sisters. Survivors include her son, David Kemp, Jr. (Deborah Bradley); granddaughter, Crystal Russell (John Knighton); great-granddaughter, Savannah Russell; great-grandson, Jonathan Russell; and sisters, Betty Goodwin and Carolyn Williams.
