Janet “Jan” Daily, 66 of Worthington, passed away Thursday January 31, 2019 after a courageous fight with ALS. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Margie. Jan is survived by her husband Charlie, daughter Laura, son Seth (Lexie), grandson Graham, brother Rick (Joyce), Niece Andrea (Adam and Adelaide), and Niece Erica (Tyler, Clara, and Connor).

Jan was a loving mother, compassionate nurse, and inspiring teacher. She was an accomplished leader, mentor, and advocate who spent over 35 years in healthcare, as a Nurse and educator, both at Columbus State Community College and Capital University. A celebration of life to be held at North Broadway United Methodist Church, 48 E. North Broadway, Columbus, OH 43214; family will receive friends on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 4 PM until the time of service at 6 PM.
