Janet Patricia Galvis entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 25, 2019 at Palisades Medical Center, North Bergen, NJ. Of Union City, NJ, Janet was born in Medellin, Colombia to her dear parents Jose Hugo Galvis and Libia Aguirre. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jose Jaime Castaño, her loving daughters, Alejandra Acevedo and Maritza Galvis, her cherished grandchildren, Nicole Suarez, Esteban Hererra and Sebastian Carrillo.

Janet also leaves behind her dear parents, Jose Hugo and Libia, her brother, Victor Hugo Galvis and her nephew Camilo Galvis. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 27th, from 5 – 9 pm. Funeral Service will be offered on Thursday, March 28th at 10 am at the funeral home.

Cremation to follow at Garden State Crematory, North Bergen, NJ.
