Obituary Janet W. Welker, 85, of LaGrange, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Northern Lakes Nursing Home & Rehab Center in Angola, IN. She was born on May 18, 1933, in Menifee County, KY, to Buford and Nettie (Spencer) Wells. Janet worked in various positions during her life, including serving for 12 years as the Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of LaGrange.
