The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Greater Six Runs Missionary Baptist Church, Turkey, NC with Rev. Leslie Morrisey officiating.

Burial in Wilson Chapel Church Cemetery, Turkey, NC. Mrs. Watkins is survived by a DAUGHTER-Nekitta Sutton of the home; SON-James Watkins, Jr. of Warsaw, NC; SISTERS-Minnie Smith, Katherine Smith-Brinson, Sherry Leach all of Warsaw, NC, Dorothy Faison of Clinton, NC, Linda Drummond of Hampton, VA and Barbara Smith of Fayetteville, NC; BROTHERS-Thomas Smith of Warsaw, NC, James Smith of Long Beach, CA and Larry Smith of Hamlet, NC; 7 grandchildren.
