Janine D. Helmer, age 72, of Walkerville, passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in Ludington. Janine was born April 16, 1946 in Hart to Lorin and Esther (Blades) Goodrich. She was raised in Elbridge Township and graduated from Hart High School in 1965.

She is the mother of Todd (Michelle) Nyquist and Jill (Kevin) Vanderzanden. Service arrangements are pending at this time. A complete obituary will be posted soon.
