Patrick, Janis M., age 90 of Middletown passed away December 3, 2018 at Arlington Pointe Rehab Center in Middletown, OH. Janis was born in Middletown OH to the late Lloyd and Sylvia (Whiteman) Patrick. After raising 6 children, Janis went to nursing school in Dayton, OH and also raised a grandson, Bradley, and then retired from Friendly Nursing Home in Miamisburg.

She was a nurse who loved caring for people, especially the elderly. She loved playing the piano and singing alongside her husband and family. Janis was very good with her hands when it came to sewing and crafts.

She was never afraid to face a challenge and could do anything she put her mind to. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James Crouch, her second husband George Radenheimer, her sister Margie Waddell, brother Lloyd “Buddy” Patrick, and a daughter Dianne Chapman. Janis is survived by her children Gary (Peggy) Crouch, Sharyn Nisius, Terry (Butch) Crouch, Shelley (Darrell) Friend, and Kathy (Jerry) Heffelfinger, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at 12:00PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown, OH. Interment immediately following at Germantown Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday beginning at 10:00am.
