OBITUARY Janis R. Wolfe February 17, 1924 – November 6, 2018 Janis R. Wolfe, age 94, passed away November 6, 2018 in Kingwood, Texas. She was born February 17, 1924 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

She received her diploma from the Del Mar Beauty School in Detroit, Michigan in March of 1946 and had a successful career as a beautician. Janis worked as a bookkeeper for Philco and retired from Kroger in 1989. Janis was a member of St. Martha’s Catholic Church.

Her pastimes included beading, quilling, and numerous arts and crafts. She was an avid bingo and card player. Janis touched many people’s lives with her infectious laughter and contagious smile.

Janis is proceeded in death by her husband, Eugene H. Wolfe of 69 years. Janis is survived by her children, Eugenia Sylvester and husband, James, Eugene Wolfe, and Terry Wolfe and wife, Margaret; 5 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
