Obituary for Jaqulin “Jackie” Maddox Print Jaqulin “Jackie” Maddox, age 68, of Acworth, GA passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Saturday, February 23, 2019, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Ken May officiating.

Upon her request, Mrs. Maddox was cremated following the Service. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, February 22, 2019, and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 23, 2019 at South Canton Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by, Mother: Beatrice Rollins, Brother: Stanley Rollins, Grandson: Andrew Reeves, Sister: Judy Wallace, Brother: Roger Frankum, Brother: Buddy Frankum, Nephew: Michael Frankum Survivors include: Daughter – Heather (Kevin) Gould Daughter – Ashley (Bobby) Gibson Son – Sean (Krystal) Reeves Brother – Steve Rollins Sister – Dale (Bill) Holden Grand Son – Alex Reeves Grand Daughter – Cheyenne Wilson Grand Son – Cullen Reeves Grand Daughter – Tara Reeves Grand Daughter – Autumn Reeves Grand Son – Brennan Gibson Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other Family and Friends also survive.
